煤矿井下巷道梳状定向钻孔轨迹设计方法

    Tracing Design Method of Pectinate Directional Borehole of Tunnels in Underground Mine

    • 摘要: 为了快速有效抽采松软煤层掘进巷道围岩瓦斯,结合定向千米钻机性能,提出采用梳状定向长钻孔“横向”或“纵向”布置方式远距离掩护预抽掘进巷道围岩煤体瓦斯。根据掘进工作面特征,按梳状定向长钻孔设计流程,总结出钻孔轨迹设计原则,并借鉴定向井设计与计算理论,提出三段式斜平面法设计梳状定向长钻孔,明确了钻孔轨迹空间位置的点、线、面之间的关系,简化优化钻孔轨迹设计参数,降低钻孔施工风险。最后以余吾煤矿某掘进巷道为例,详细介绍了斜平面设计方法,分析表明三段式斜平面设计梳状定向钻孔的方法满足工程精度,减少了设计工作量,提高了工作效率。

       

      Abstract: In order to drain gas fast and effectively from surrounding rock mass of successive tunnel in the soft seam, combining the performance of the directional kilometer drilling machine, the long pectinate directional borehole with "horizontal" or "vertical" layout form was presented to pre-pump gas from surrounding rock mass of successive tunnel in a long distance. The design principles of borehole trajectory were summarized according to characteristics of coal tunneling face and the design flow of long pectinate directional borehole. And drawing on the theory of directional well design and calculation, the three-segment incline planar method was proposed to design the long pectinate direction borehole, which defined the relationship among point, line, and plane of spatial position of drilling trajectory, simplified and optimized design parameters of drilling trajectory, and reduced the risk of drilling construction. Finally taking a successive tunnel of Yuwu Coal Mine as an example, the design method of the incline planar was introduced in detail. The analysis showed that the design method of three-segment incline planar of the long pectinate directional borehole meets the engineering accuracy, reduces the workload of design and improves the working efficiency.
