Abstract:
According to the high energy consumption and low efficiency problems of heat damage prevention at long distance working face, from the existing cooling technology, we analyze the characteristics of various technologies, and propose a comprehensive technology that gives priority to air cooler cooling, supplements with dust water and emulsion cooling. Then, we develop a complete cooling equipment and layout method, and carry out application analysis in a coal mine. The application result shows that the temperature and humidity parameters have a obvious reduction after the use of new cooling system, and the cooling effect is obvious.
