硬岩斜巷掘进的中深孔光爆参数优化

    Parameters Optimization of Medium and Deep Hole Blasting in Inclined Tunnel with Hard Rock

    • 摘要: 为提高炮眼利用率及巷道成型质量,以某煤矿回风上山的爆破掘进为背景,从理论上分析了由于掏槽型式不当、掏槽区域装药量过小、周边眼爆破参数不合理、底眼装药量过小等因素造成炮眼利用率较低、巷道欠挖严重。进而结合理论计算和工程前期施工经验对中深孔光爆参数进行了优化。结果表明:优化后爆破方案掏槽型式选用复式楔形掏槽,周边眼炮孔密集系数取值0.81,底板眼呈双排布置,可使炮眼利用率提高到90%,巷道成型质量显著提高,基本无欠挖,超挖控制在设计允许的范围内。

       

      Abstract: To improve the use ratio of blast-hole and the forming quality of roadway, the paper takes the blasting excavation of a coal mine air return rise as the background, analyzes theoretically that the use rate of borehole is low and the underbreak of roadway is serious due to improper cutting type, smaller charge of cutting area, unreasonable parameters of surrounding blasting holes and smaller charge of bottom hole. In the light of theoretical calculation and engineering experience, the parameters of medium length hole blasting are optimized. Results show that optimized blasting scheme selects double wedge cut type, and the dense coefficient of surrounding hole with 0.81 and two rows arrangement of bottom holes make the blast-hole use rate increase to 90%; roadway forming quality improve significantly, almost no underbreak; overbreak is within the scope of the design allows.
