Abstract:
Through the gas emission quantity prediction at 6305 working face under deep super thick seam mining conditions, and the gas emission composition of each gas emission source is analyzed according to the prediction results. A targeted gas prevention and control program by high-level borehole gas drainage is developed. The results show that: for the 6305 working face, 66.14% emission gas is from the adsorbed gas by coal wall of open working face and dropping coal of coal-cutter, and 33.86% emission gas is from the desorption of residual coal in gob, surrounding rock and adjacent layer; according to gas emission prediction technology, the high-level borehole gas drainage of gob for 6305 working face is developed; using "double drilling sites " high-level borehole to extract gas in gob simultaneously can make the average daily pure gas drainage amount come up to 3 940.71 m
3, which ensures the safety and efficiency production of working face.
