  • 摘要: 突出煤层瓦斯抽钻孔施工过程中易发生喷孔现象,一旦喷孔,常常造成打钻巷道风流瓦斯浓度超限,甚至出现喷出煤粉伤人事件。防喷装置是现场防治喷孔事故的主要装备,其中孔口装置是实现防喷的关键部件;提出一种2道毛刷结构的孔口多通防喷装置,通过对喷孔发生时其内部压力场、粉尘运移特性和瓦斯浓度场的分析,结合装置各出口的气体流量特征,探讨了装置的应用效果。结果表明,对于瓦斯压力小于2 MPa的煤层,该装置具有较好的防喷效果。
    Abstract: The phenomenon of blowout from drilling hole tends to occur during the extraction hole construction in outburst coal seams, which frequently results in the gas concentration overrun in drilling roadways and even the wounding accidents created by the blowout coal. The blowout preventer is the main equipment to prevent blowout accidents, and the orifice device is its key part.This paper proposes a multi-orifice blowout preventer which is of double brush structure. Through the analysis of interior pressure field, dust transport features and gas concentration field and combining the airflow characteristics of each export during the blowout from drilling hole, its application is discussed. The result indicates that this device is effective in preventing the blowout from drilling hole for coal seams with a gas pressure less than 2 MPa.
