露天煤矿爆破震动的模型试验及数值计算

    Model Test and Numerical Simulation of Blasting Vibration in Open-pit Coal Mine

    • 摘要: 基于量纲分析和相似性原理,通过小比例爆破震动模型试验和有限元软件,获得了不同装药结构和高程下露天煤矿的爆破振动速度与主频。结果表明:模型试验和数值计算在振动波形、质点振速幅值及频谱等方面具有较好的一致性;集中药包的爆破振动速度高于柱状药包,而且2种装药的振速衰减规律相似;爆破振动速度具有高程放大的效应,其放大程度与边坡角度正相关。

       

      Abstract: Based on dimensional analysis and similarity principle, the blasting vibration velocity and main frequency of an open-cast coal under different charge structures and elevations were obtained by small proportion model and finite element software. The results show that the model test and numerical simulation have good consistency in the aspects of vibration waveform, amplitude of particle vibration velocity and frequency spectrum. The blasting vibration velocity of concentrated charge is higher than that of column charge, and the attenuation rules of vibration velocity of the two drugs are similar. The blasting vibration velocity has elevation amplification effect, and the degree is positively related to the slope angle.
