龙口矿区软岩巷道破碎机理研究与应用

    Research and Application on Fracture Mechanism of Soft Rock Roadway in Longkou Mining Area

    • 摘要: 龙口矿区1101材料巷道顶底板破碎、局部冒顶。为探究巷道顶底板岩性,对巷道顶底板岩样进行了常规三轴及短时蠕变试验;为探求最佳支护方式,采用FLAC3D 对不同支护形式下巷道位移矢量特征、应力特征及塑性区范围进行计算,选取最佳支护方案并运用于现场支护。结果表明:随围压增大,含油泥岩屈服强度及蠕变系数非线性增加;顶板与两帮收敛速度与位移量降低,巷道围岩稳定性增强,顶板两帮移近量减小,巷道顶板破碎得以改善。

       

      Abstract: There are partial roof caving and broken roof and floor in 1101 material roadway of Longkou material roadway. To explore the lithological characters of roadway roof and floor, we carry on the conventional triaxial and short-term creep tests to roof and floor rock of roadway; to explore the best way of support, we calculate the roadway displacement vector characteristics, stress characteristics and plastic zone under different support modes by FLAC3D, select the best support scheme and use it in filed. The results showed that with the increasing of confining pressure, the yield strength of oil shale and creep coefficient increased nonlinearly; the convergence rate and displacement of roadway reduced and rock stability enhanced. Roadway roof fracture has been controlled.
