Abstract:
To study the influence of different tunnel cross-sections on refuge facilities borne explosion impact load in coal mine when gas and coal dust explosion occurs in underground coal mine, taking refuge chamber as an example, under the condition of the same blast energy and side layout mode, shock wave loaded on chamber is simulated in typical laneway sections including semicircular arch, rectangle and trapezoid, then, load characteristics of different chamber faces are analyzed. The simulation results show that the relationship between shock pressure loaded on chamber side and fluid pressure is not linear, and shock wave loaded on front side and rear side of chamber in rectangle laneway is slightly larger than that of two other sections; meanwhile, overpressure of top side in rectangle laneway fluctuates greatly, however, overpressure of left side is smaller because of larger space. Overpressure loaded on right side shows the same trend that the front part is small, the middle is enlarged, the back end is gradually smooth.
