深部煤巷急剧底鼓全程力学作用机制及控制原理

    Complete Mechanical Mechanism and Control Principle of Sharp Floor Heave in Deep Coal Gateway

    • 摘要: 针对深部煤巷底板冲击失稳问题,对比分析了软弱与脆硬岩层急剧底鼓的异同,探讨了脆硬岩层急剧底鼓的形成机制、发展全程、控制原理。研究表明:脆硬岩层底板急剧底鼓经历了“形变蓄能-裂变耗能-运移震动-闭锁稳定”4个主要过程,底板结构由“蓄能弓”向“翼形块”转变,伴随底板能量运作模式不断调整改变。采用“支-卸”结合方式,是深部煤巷急剧底鼓较为可行的控制方式。

       

      Abstract: According to the problem of rock burst and instability of floor in deep roadway, we analyze and compare the similarities and differences of sharp floor heave in soft and week floor and hard-brittle floor, and discuss the formation mechanism, evolution process and control principle of sharp floor heave in hard-brittle floor.The study shows that sharp floor heave of hard-brittle had experienced four main process: energy storage by deformation, energy release by crack evolution, migration and shock, lockout and stability. Floor structure transformed from "energy storage bow" to "wing block structure" with constantly adjusting and changing of energy operation mode of floor structure.It was a feasible way to control sharp floor heave of deep coal gateway by combining support pattern with pressure relief method.
