Abstract: For the purpose of improving coal mine emergency plan drill, according to analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy synthetic evaluation model, on the basis of solicit opinions from experts experience, we establish the index system for objective evaluation of coal mine emergency plan drill, consider the scientific nature of plan, the rationality of exercise organization and the effectiveness of plan improvement, reduce emergency plan exercise effect assessment into 3 criteria layer indexes, 12 secondary index hierarchy indexes, and analyze the influence of different weight indexes on evaluation. From the view of the practical application results, the index system has a guiding significance for guiding coal mine emergency plan drill and improving the emergency plan drill to strengthen the management of emergency plan.
