Abstract: Through the analysis and summary of the general coal mine hidden investigation closed-loop management process, on the basis of the whole process of hidden investigation and governance and combined with the accidents, we establish the vertical four levels of performance evaluation management mechanism for the assessment of coal mining enterprise, department, team, and mine employees, determine index weight by set pair analytic hierarchy process, and evaluate the whole process of coal mine safety hazard investigation. And it is incorporated into the closed-loop management process of coal mine hidden trouble, so as to improve hidden investigation and management capacity of coal mining enterprises.
