Abstract:
Taking the 800 m deep vertical drainage system as an example, we analyzed the load of deep drainage pipeline during normal operation, and used HARMMER transient analysis software to analyze dynamic load of system pipeline under different water hammer protection methods. Based on this, we used ANSYS finite element analysis software to analyze and evaluate the static load and safety of drainage pipeline, and analyzed the fatigue life of the top and bottom pipeline system under the action of pump-stopping water hammer, and finally estimated the number of pump- stopping water hammer that top and bottom pipeline can bear. The conclusion is that the fatigue life of the bottom pipeline is 12.9 times as much as the top of the line. We propose the methods of numbering management of drainage pipelines and alternate use of up and down drainage pipelines to effectively improve the safety of drainage pipelines.
