煤层注水渗流规律数值模拟

    Numerical Simulation on Seepage Laws of Coal Seam Water Injection

    • 摘要: 为了研究压力和水溶液黏性对煤层渗流特性的影响,采用数值模拟方法,研究了不同注水压力下,煤层内孔隙水压的分布规律;并进一步研究了添加助渗溶剂后,对水渗流效果的影响。结果表明:8 MPa中压注水工艺更符合常规生产需要;煤层内压力对水的渗流驱动作用明显,可忽略重力影响;而添加助渗液,煤层的有效润湿范围显著增加,溶液黏度系数为纯水的50%时,煤层有效润湿半径相比纯水提高了49.76%,有效减少了钻孔作业的任务量。

       

      Abstract: To study the influence of pressure and aqueous solution viscosity on coal seam seepage characteristics, numerical simulation method was adopt to study the distribution of pore pressure in coal seam considering different water injection pressure. The effect of adding permeation-promoter on the seepage effect was examined as well. The results indicated that 8 MPa medium-pressure water injection process conforms to the general production requirements at required condition; the pressure has an obvious effect on water seepage drive in coal seam; the effect of gravity can be ignored in the coal seam; the adding of permeation-promoter can obviously improve the effective wetting range. When the viscosity coefficient of water solution is 50%, the effective wetting radius of the coal seam is increased by 49.76% compared with that of the water, which decreases the task of drilling.
