无机注浆加固控制大采高煤壁片帮问题探讨

    Discussion on Problem of Controlling Large Mining Height Coal Wall Spalling with Inorganic Grouting

    • 摘要: 煤壁片帮现象已成为影响大采高工作面生产的主要因素,提出了通过无机注浆加固技术控制大采高煤壁片帮的方案。通过实验室试验研发了1种可注性强、凝结速度可调、早期强度高、黏结性强等特点的无机注浆加固材料;采用理论分析及现场实测等多种研究方法确定了注浆压力、浆液扩散半径等参数。由现场工业性试验效果可知:注浆后围岩内部致密,并且注浆材料能够很好的和破碎围岩黏结,围岩的抗变形能力明显增强,煤体与浆体之间的黏结力得到提高,注浆效果显著。煤壁片帮平均深度减少到0.4~0.5 m,有效的控制了煤壁片帮。

       

      Abstract: The phenomenon of coal wall spalling has become the main factor affecting the production of large mining height working face. The paper proposes a scheme of using inorganic grouting and reinforcement technology to control coal wall spalling with large mining height. Through laboratory experiments, a new kind of inorganic grouting material with characters of high injection rate, adjustable setting speed, high strength and high adhesion is developed; by means of theoretical analysis and field measurement, the parameters of grouting pressure, grouting radius are determined. By the effect of industrial test in field, it is known that the surrounding rock is dense, and the grouting material can cement well with broken surrounding rock. The bond strength between the paste and coal is improved, and the non-deformation ability of the surrounding rock is enhanced, and the depth of coal wall spalling is reduced to 0.4 to 0.5 m, which effectively controls coal wall spalling.
