孤岛工作面动压回采巷道水力切顶护巷技术

    Technology of Hydraulic Cutting Roof and Protecting Roadway in Dynamic Pressure Mining Gateway of Isolated Island Working Face

    • 摘要: 为了解决孤岛工作面回采巷道受到相邻工作面采空区未完全垮落老顶高支承压力的影响,采用水力切顶的方法,将采空区老顶的压力传递路线切断,使孤岛工作面回采巷道所受应力大大降低,回采巷道的支护维护更加容易。通过FLAC数值模拟软件结合五阳煤矿7603孤岛工作面实际地质、生产条件,模拟分析7605工作面开采对7603孤岛工作面运输巷煤柱形成侧向支承压力状况,通过水力切顶之后,应力监测表明煤柱应力平均降低30%,改善了7603孤岛工作面回采巷道的支护应力环境。

       

      Abstract: In order to solve the problem of isolated working face roadway affected by high bearing pressure from non-fully caving roof of adjacent working face mined out area, using hydraulic cutting roof method, pressure propagation route of old roof in mined area is cut off to make the stress of isolated working face roadway reduced greatly and supporting maintenance of extraction roadway easier. Through FLAC numerical simulation software and combined with actual geological and production conditions of 7603 isolated working face of Wuyang Coal Mine, simulation analysis of 7605 working face mining on lateral support pressure formation of 7603 isolated working face transport roadway coal pillar is carried out. Through hydraulic cutting roof, stress monitoring shows that coal pillar stress reduced by 30% on average, which improves the supporting stress environment of 7603 island coal face mining roadway.
