Abstract:
To solve the problem of occasionally false alarm and leakage alarm from monitoring system with the optimized shields, we deeply study distribution characteristics of conducted interference along the line, and propose an improved distributed power supply mode for mine monitoring and control system to achieve interference suppression from the power source. Because the coal mine explosion-proof requirements limit the value of filter inductor and capacitor, according to the characteristics of underground electromagnetic environment, we optimized filtering methods and combined electrical surge interference suppression method and electrical transient bursts filtering method, introduced ferrite beads to optimize the composite filter circuit to meet the explosion-proof requirements under the premise of improving the mine safety monitoring system of electromagnetic compatibility and solve the leakage alarm and false alarm problems of mine safety monitoring system.
