优化复合滤波法在煤矿安全监控系统中的应用

    • 摘要: 针对矿井安全监控设备屏蔽外壳优化后仍偶有监控系统漏报警和误报警的问题,研究了沿着线路传播的传导干扰分布特性,提出一种矿井监控系统改进的分布式电源供电模式,实现从电源源头的干扰抑制;由于煤矿防爆要求限制了滤波电感和滤波电容的取值,针对井下电磁环境特点提出了优化滤波的方法,整合浪涌干扰抑制方法和电瞬变脉冲群滤波方法,引入铁氧体磁珠优化了复合滤波电路,从而在满足防爆要求的前提下提高了矿井安全监控系统的电磁兼容性,解决了矿井安全监控系统漏报警和误报警的问题。

       

      Abstract: To solve the problem of occasionally false alarm and leakage alarm from monitoring system with the optimized shields, we deeply study distribution characteristics of conducted interference along the line, and propose an improved distributed power supply mode for mine monitoring and control system to achieve interference suppression from the power source. Because the coal mine explosion-proof requirements limit the value of filter inductor and capacitor, according to the characteristics of underground electromagnetic environment, we optimized filtering methods and combined electrical surge interference suppression method and electrical transient bursts filtering method, introduced ferrite beads to optimize the composite filter circuit to meet the explosion-proof requirements under the premise of improving the mine safety monitoring system of electromagnetic compatibility and solve the leakage alarm and false alarm problems of mine safety monitoring system.
