Abstract:
Spraying and dust reduction technology by dust source tracking of coal cutter has become one of main dust control technologies of coal mining working face. In order to solve the poor reliability and large maintenance volume in the course of using, the new version is developed. We research and design new system from wireless communications, intelligent mist spray and improving reliability three aspects. The designed requirements are met by developing 433 MHz wireless transmission module, designing different spray patterns according to characteristics of cutting coal under following and contrary wind, designing a intelligent loop spray to adjust dust concentration of the coal mining by mounting the dust concentration sensor and optimizing the design of control box to improve the system reliability. Laboratory and industrial tests have proved that the system is stable, reliable, in combination with other measures can make dust concentration of fully mechanized caving face reduced by more than 90 percent.
