矿工心理契约与其安全绩效的关系研究

    Research on Relationship Between Miners' Psychological Contract and Their Safety Performance

    • 摘要: 了解矿工的心理契约状态、安全绩效水平及两者之间存在的关系有利于煤矿企业的安全管理。将心理契约划分为发展型责任、规范型责任和人际型责任3个维度,将安全绩效划分为安全结果和安全行为2个维度来设计测量量表,并对407名矿工的心理契约状态和安全绩效水平进行测量与分析,结果表明矿工心理契约与其安全绩效存在显著的正相关性,且组织责任通过员工责任影响安全绩效。通过提高矿工与企业之间达成的心理契约状态水平可以提高矿工的安全绩效,从而提高煤矿企业的安全管理水平。

       

      Abstract: Knowing more about miners' psychological contract, miners' safety performance and the relationship between the two is beneficial for industry and mining enterprises to improve their safety management level. In this paper, we divide psychological contract into developmental responsibility, normative responsibility and interpersonal responsibility, and divide safety performance into safety results and safety behavior to design the measurement scale and measure 407 miners' psychological contract and safety performance. And the results show that there is a significant positive correlation between miners' psychological contract and their safety performance. Besides, the organization responsibility affects their safety performance through employee responsibility. So it is possible to improve the level of miners' safety performance by improving the state level of the psychological contract between the miners and their enterprises, then to improve the safety management level of the industrial and mining enterprises.
