管道内瓦斯爆炸变点火能系统构建与爆炸初期火焰三维分析

    Variable Ignition Energy System Construction and Flame Three-dimensional Analysis for Pipeline Gas Explosion in Early Stage

    • 摘要: 为了更好研究不同点火能量下瓦斯爆炸初期光学特征,为瓦斯爆炸的快速抑爆积累经验数据,实验从瓦斯爆炸点火能量出发,构建稳定可靠的变点火实验平台,并利用强弱2种比较极端的点火能量来引爆管道瓦斯,然后利用高速摄影仪进行拍摄,通过MATLAB软件分析高速摄影仪所捕获的照片,最终得到了不同点火能作用下瓦斯爆炸初期光学特性三维规律,指出强弱点火能作用下瓦斯爆炸初期反应都存在3个阶段,弱点火存在瓦斯爆炸低速反应阶段,快速增加阶段,稳定发展阶段,强点火存在瓦斯爆炸反应速率急速衰减阶段,快速增加阶段,稳定发展阶段。

       

      Abstract: In order to study the optical characteristics of gas explosion at different ignition energy and accumulate empirical data about explosion suppression of gas explosion,in this study, starting from gas explosion ignition energy,we build a stable and reliable experiment system of variable ignition to use the weak and strong ignition energy to detonate gas and analyze the captured photos of high speed photography by MATLAB software.We can finally get three-dimensional optical characteristics laws of gas explosion under different ignition energy at the initial stage.There are three stages in the initial stage of gas explosion under the action of strong and weak ignition energy;the weakness fire of gas explosion has the slow reaction stage,the rapid increase stage and the stable development stage.The strong fire has a rapid increase phase about the reaction rate of gas explosion,the rapid increase stage and the stable development stage.
