光纤光栅技术在井壁融化期间变形监测中的应用

    Application of Fiber Bragg Grating Technology in Deformation Monitoring of Shaft Wall Melting Stage

    • 摘要: 针对深厚松散层冻结井筒解冻期间井壁受力特性变化复杂的难题,为确保板集煤矿副井井筒施工安全,基于光纤光栅传感技术,分析了传感力学模型,采用埋入式FBG传感器构建了在线监测系统,对井筒井壁结构进行信息化监测,获得了多方位、多层位井筒应变的实时数据。通过与传统的振弦式传感技术监测数据相比较,发现2种监测结果在时空上具有一致性,都能基本反映副井井筒弯曲段复杂受力状况。应用结果表明:光纤光栅传感监测系统可在线实时监测井壁内部混凝土的应变变化情况,可较准确地掌握整个竖井井壁的安全状况。

       

      Abstract: In view of the complex change problems of shaft wall stress characteristics during freezing thawing of deep loose bed freezing shaft, in order to ensure the safety of the auxiliary shaft construction for Banji Coal Mine, based on the fiber bragg grating sensing technology, we analyze the sensing mechanical model, build on-line monitoring system with the FBG strain sensor, and operate the information monitoring of shaft lining structure to obtain real time data of multi-direction and multi-layer in shaft well. Compared with monitoring data of the traditional vibrating string sensing technology, it is found that the two kinds of monitoring results are consistent in time and space, and it can basically reflect the complex stress condition of the shaft bending section. Application results show that fiber bragg grating sensor monitoring system can monitor the strain changes of the concrete inside the shaft lining on line in real time, and the safety condition of the whole shaft lining can be mastered more accurately.
