大采高工作面端头区注浆加固技术

    Grouting Reinforcement Technology for End Zone of Large Mining Height Working Face

    • 摘要: 为了加强大采高工作面端头区顶板管理,通过现场注水试验和巷道变形观测,研究了该区域裂隙发育规律,确定了注浆钻孔的深度和最佳注浆区域,并进行了工业性试验。结果表明:注浆孔合理深度为8 m;最佳注浆区域位于工作面前方15~25 m范围内;注浆加固段端头区煤体完整程度得到明显提高,基本没有出现过片帮、冒顶,保证了工作面安全、高效回采;试验段两帮移近量由1 243 mm减小为689 mm,底鼓量由原来的821 mm减小为376 mm,巷道变形量得到有效控制。

       

      Abstract: In order to strengthen the management of face end roof with large mining height, the water injection test and the roadway deformation observation were applied to study the laws of fissure development in the region and determine the depth of the grouting hole and the best grouting area, and field experiments were carried out. The results showed that the reasonable grouting hole depth was 8 m; the best grouting area is located in front of the working face of 15 m to 25 m; the complete degree of coal in grouting face end had improved obviously and side fall roof caving almost doses not appear; the safe and efficient mining of the working face is guaranteed; the amount of two-sided displacement was decreased to 689 mm from 1 243 mm and the amount of floor heave was decreased to 376 mm from 821 mm. The roadway deformation was controlled effectively.
