井下可回收式组合钻具设计及特性分析

    Design and Characters Analysis of Retrievable Bottom Hole Assembly of Underground Coal

    • 摘要: 针对松软煤层瓦斯抽采钻孔浅、事故率高等问题,设计了一种可回收式组合钻具,将本煤层瓦斯抽采钻孔分为2级施工,有效的延伸了钻孔深度。基于组合钻具湍流模型及FLUENT软件数值模拟,分析了组合钻具内部流场气相速度场与气相压力场工作特征,得出组合钻具2条流域通道供风气流比为8∶2,很好满足孔底分级钻进需求。

       

      Abstract: According to the problems of shallow gas drainage drilling hole, high accident rate and other issues in soft coal seam, we designed a retrievable bottom hole assembly, the drilling of the coal seam gas drainage construction is divided into two levels to effectively extend the drilling depth. Based on the turbulence model of bottom hole assembly and FLUENT software, we analyze the work characteristics of gas-phase velocity and gas-phase pressure inside the drill field, and obtain that air flow ratio of two watershed channel of bottom hole assembly is 8: 2, which meets demand of the hole bottom drilling.
