一种高精度频率电流转换电路

    A Kind of High-precision Frequency-current Conversion Circuit

    • 摘要: 针对传感器频率信号传输存在着冒大值误报、断线等问题,设计了一种采用单片机输入捕捉频率测量的高精度频率电流转换电路;详细介绍了单片机电路、供电电路、电压匹配电路、D/A转换电路、电压电流转换输出电路5部分硬件电路设计。电路具有精度高、稳定性好的特点,能够将200~1 000 Hz频率信号精确转换为4~20 mA标准电流信号。

       

      Abstract: In view of the problems that sensor frequency signal transmission exists false positive and off line, the paper designed high-precision frequency-current conversion circuit based on single-chip input capture, and presented five parts of the hardware circuit in detail, including the single-chip circuit, power supply circuit, voltage matching circuit, D/A conversion circuit, voltage and current conversion. The 200 ~ 1 000 Hz frequency signal can accurately converted to 4~20 mA standard current signal by the circuit with high accuracy, good stability.
