深孔定点取样装置在中岭煤矿的优化应用

    Optimization and Application of Deep Hole Fixed-point Sampling Device in Zhongling Mine

    • 摘要: 以中岭煤矿一井12033工作面为试验点对深孔定点取样装置进行了效果考察。根据初期取样结果对取样装置进行了优化研究,由数值模拟结果及后期取样效果可知:6喷嘴与8喷嘴喷射器串联内嵌于取样尾辫时所产生的负压最大,可达到-11 164 Pa,优化后的取样装置最大取样深度达102 m,取出煤样较多且取样时间不超过5 min,符合取样技术要求,适用于中岭煤矿的取样需求,优化后的取样装置更具推广价值。

       

      Abstract: The inspection effect of deep hole fixed-point sampling experiment was carried out at the working face of 12033 coal seam in Zhongling Mine. According to the results of initial sampling, the sampling device was optimized. The results of numerical simulation and late experiment effect of sampling showed that sampling tail plait cascaded with 6-nozzle and 8-nozzle injector had the biggest negative pressure that could achieve -11 164 Pa, and the maximum sampling depth of the optimized sampling device achieved 102 m, and took out more coal samples and the sampling time was less than 5 min. The optimized sampling device applied to sampling requirements in Zhongling Mine and had higher popularization value.
