破碎围岩巷道交互承载支护技术

    Interaction Bearing Supporting Technology for Fractured Surrounding Rock Roadway

    • 摘要: 为了解决新桥煤矿巷道围岩松散破碎难以进行有效支护的难题,基于该矿南一采区运输上山巷道及其围岩的岩性和地质条件,通过采用巷道围岩泥化理论、巷道围岩裂隙发育特性和规律、巷道围岩松动圈理论进行分析,提出了“注+架+锚”交互承载支护技术并进行了工业性试验。结果表明采用“注+架+锚”交互承载支护技术可有效维护破碎围岩巷道的长期稳定性。

       

      Abstract: In order to solve a support problem that loose and broken surrounding rock of roadway is difficult to effectively support with complex situations in Xinqiao Mine, on basis of the rock properties and geological conditions of transportation roadway in south No.1 mining area of Xinqiao Coal Mine, we use the theory of roadway surrounding rock mudding, fracture development characteristics and laws, roadway surrounding rock loose circle theory to analyze and propose "grouting + framing+ bolting" interaction bearing supporting principle and an industrial trial was conducted in the mine. The results show that the "grouting + framing+ bolting" interaction bearing supporting technology can effectively maintain the long-term stability of the crushed surrounding rock of roadway.
