近距离复合煤层群煤柱自燃综合治理技术

    Comprehensive Control Measures for Spontaneous Combustion of Coal Pillars in Close Distance Compound Coal Seams

    • 摘要: 以东荣二矿近距离煤层群内残留煤柱自然发火及治理过程为背景,通过对封闭区域内指标气体变化规律的分析,并结合近距离煤层群的布置情况,对自然发火位置进行了判断。提出了“堵、惰、降”相结合的治理思路,即通过专用防灭火巷道内的钻孔,对层间裂隙灌注水泥浆进行封堵,通过封闭区域内预埋管路灌注氮气进行大面积惰化,通过高位钻孔向火点位置压注泡沫阻化剂等方法对火区进行治理。结果表明:自燃区域内C2H2、C2H4等气体逐渐消失,CO浓度大幅度下降。

       

      Abstract: Taking spontaneous combustion and control process of residual coal pillars in close distance compound coal seams of Dongrong 2# Coal Mine as research background, the position of spontaneous combustion is judged by the change characteristics of index gases in closed zone and the arrangement of close distance coal seam group. A control idea of plugging, inerting and cooling is proposed. These mainly include plugging air leakage channel by drillings in a dedicated fire extinguishing tunnel, high-flow injection of liquid nitrogen by pre-buried pipeline, and infusion of a large quantity of foam retardant into flame locations by drillings. The results show that C2H2,C2H4 gradually disappear in the spontaneous combustion zone, and the concentration of CO falls greatly.
