突出煤层群保护层开采区域防突技术方案优化

    Optimization Study on Outburst Prevention Technology in Protective Layer Mining Area of Outburst Coal Seam Group

    • 摘要: 针对寺家庄矿15#煤层的煤与瓦斯突出防治问题,分析了上、下保护层开采条件下被保护层的应力释放规律与膨胀变形效果,评价了寺家庄矿实施上、下保护层开采的可行性,提出了寺家庄矿保护层开采区域防突技术最优方案。研究结果表明,寺家庄矿上保护层开采条件下被保护层的卸压膨胀效果不足以消除其突出危险性;15#煤层下部的铝土岩具有一定的开采经济价值,且下保护层开采后,被保护的15#煤层得到充分卸压,被保护层瓦斯能够得到有效抽采,从而消除其突出危险性;寺家庄矿15#煤的合理区域防突技术方案为铝土矿下保护层开采结合底抽巷穿层钻孔抽采15#煤的卸压瓦斯,且保护层采高不超过4.8 m。

       

      Abstract: In view of the prevention and control of coal and gas outburst of 15# coal seam in Sijiazhuang Coal Mine, we analyzed the stress releasing laws and inflation deformation effect of protected seam under the condition of upper protective seam mining and underside bauxite protective seam mining, evaluated the feasibility of conducting upper protective seam mining and underside bauxite protective seam mining in Sijiazhuang Coal Mine, proposed the optimal scheme of regional outburst prevention using protective seam mining. Research results show that the pressure relief inflation effect of upper protective seam is not enough to completely eliminate the outburst danger of 15# coal seam; the bauxite under 15# coal seam has certain mining economic value, the protected seam can get sufficient pressure relief after the underside protective layer mining, the protected 15# coal seam gas can get effective drainage, thereby eliminating the outburst danger; the technical scheme of regional outburst prevention in Sijiazhuang Coal Mine using underside bauxite protective seam mining is more appropriate, but its mining height cannot be more than 4.8 m, and pressure relief gas of 15# coal seam must be extracted.
