Abstract:
Dust suppressant agent are widely used in coal mine dust suppression, however, geothermal hazards often affect dust suppression effect. In order to solve this problem, experimental study on a new type named N4-2 which can withstand high temperature was conducted. reagents A and B were compounded in different proportions with different amounts of halides C, its deposition rate, compressive strength, high temperature performance test showed that when the ratio of the reagents A and B was 4∶ 2 and the halide content was 4%, the new N4-2 dust suppressant deposition rate reached 90%, the compressive strength is "high", the best temperature is 40 ℃, and it can withstand 50 ℃ temperature. The application in a coal mine with serious geothermal harm proved that the dust suppression effect was obvious.
