漳村矿2306工作面预裂爆破增透预抽钻孔松动半径试验

    Experimental Study on Loosening Radius of Pre-drainage Borehole by Pre-splitting Blasting for Increasing Permeability at 2306 Working Face of Zhangcun Coal Mine

    • 摘要: 漳村煤矿为高瓦斯矿井,由于煤层的低透气性导致瓦斯抽采率偏低,造成回采安全隐患,因此在该矿采用深孔控制预裂爆破技术对煤层卸压增透。提出了漳村煤矿2306工作面井下煤层深孔预裂爆破增透工艺,并在现场选取控制孔与爆破孔不同钻孔间距进行爆破试验,研究发现预裂爆破在2306工作面能够起到有效增透作用,瓦斯浓度比未爆破位置煤层最大能提高3倍,抽采纯量最大提高4倍,瓦斯抽采量显著增大,当控制孔与爆破孔间距4 m时瓦斯抽采量最大且衰减最慢,抽采效果最好,因此4 m是漳村矿2306工作面的松动爆破半径。

       

      Abstract: Zhangcun Coal Mine is a high gas mine. The low permeability of coal seam causes the low gas extraction rate and mining safety hidden trouble. So, the technical measures of deep hole control pre-splitting explosion are provided to improve the coal seam permeability in coal mine. The technical measure of deep hole pre-splitting explosion in underground coal seam is provided in 2036 working face of Zhangcun Coal Mine. According to the blasting test in different borehole spacing that was selected between the control hole and the blasting hole at the scene, researches find that pre-splitting explosion can improve the permeability effectively in 2036 working face. Gas concentration improves 3 times mostly than that of the coal mine without blasting, the gas quantity increases 4 times mostly, and the amount of coal mine methane drainage significantly increased. When the borehole spacing between the control hole and the blasting hole is 4 m, the amount of coal mine methane drainage is the biggest, the attenuation is the slowest and the extracting result is the best. So, 4 m is the loosened radius of coal seam in 2036 working face of Zhangcun Coal Mine.
