新形势下矿山救护队的救援能力建设

摘要: 新时期矿山救援工作面临巨大挑战，矿山救护队应急救援能力存在下降的趋势。针对目前存在的问题，为保持并提升矿山救护队应对事故的能力，从指战员综合素质、指挥员临场决策能力、新技术新装备的应用与研发、救护队质量标准化建设、预防性安全检查工作、应急演练和救护文化建设等方面提出了相应的对策措施建议，以不断提高矿山救援队伍的科技水平、管理水平和实战水平，进一步提升矿山事故应急救援能力，为全国安全生产工作提供强有力的救援保障。Abstract: Mine rescue work is facing enormous challenges in new period. Emergency rescue ability of mine rescue team is showing decline tendency. Aiming at the existing problems, and to maintain and improve rescue crew ability to cope with accidents in mines, some countermeasures were proposed from the following aspects, such as comprehensive quality of commanders and team member, commanders' on-the-spot decision-making ability, application and development of new technology and new equipment, quality standardization construction of the ambulance service, preventive safety inspection work, emergency drill and rescue culture construction. Its aim is to improve mine rescue team of science and technology level, management level and practical level, further enhance the mine accident emergency rescue capabilities, and to provide a powerful rescue protection for the national safety production work.
