煤矿地下水库技术标准体系构建与制定

    Construction and Formulation of Technical Standards for Underground Reservoir of Coal Mine

    • 摘要: 为进一步推广煤矿地下水库技术,应用系统工程理论与方法,分析了煤矿地下水库6大关键技术(水量预测、水库选址、库容确定、坝体构筑、安全运行和水质保障)涉及的关键技术标准,构建了煤矿地下水库技术标准核心架构并详述了其内涵,提出了基于PDCA循环的煤矿地下水库技术标准实施方法;在此基础上,叙述了神华集团煤矿地下水库技术标准制定与实施现状,提出了煤矿地下水库技术标准制定的建议,旨在为该技术在西部矿区的全面推广应用提供技术指导。

       

      Abstract: In order to popularize the underground reservoir technology in coal mine area, applying system engineering theory and method, we analyzed the standards about six key technologies of underground reservoir (water yield prediction, reservoir site selection, reservoir capacity determination, dam construction, safety operation, water quality guarantee), constructed the standards framework of coal mine underground reservoir technology and described its connotation. We proposed the implement method of coal mine underground reservoir technology standards based on PDCA circulation. According to these, we described the standard formulation and implementation of Shenhua Coal Mine underground reservoir technology, proposed suggestions for coal mine underground reservoir technology standards, which can provided technology guideline for widespread application of coal mine underground reservoir technology.
