基于群决策理论的煤矿安全事故人因分析结果集结方法

    Aggregated Method of Human Factor Analysis Results for Coal Mine Accidents Based on Group Decision-making Theory

    • 摘要: 为了解决多位分析人员基于HFACS模型对同一份煤矿安全事故报告进行人因分析时分析结果不一致的问题,基于群决策理论构建了煤矿安全事故人因分析结果的集结方法。在判定人因分析结果群体一致性的基础上,根据分析结果的差异程度确定分析人员权重,进而通过分析结果加权集结得到煤矿安全事故中各项人因因素群体一致性分析结果,从而提高煤矿安全事故人因分析结果的客观性。进一步,通过实例验证了设计的煤矿安全事故人因分析结果集结方法的有效性。

       

      Abstract: In order to solve the inconsistency problem of analysis results which are obtained from different analysts by using human factors analysis and classification system (HFACS) to analyze the same mining accident, aggregated method for the analysis results is proposed based on group decision-making theory. Based on the consistency analysis of group human factor analysis results, analysts' weights are determined by difference of these results. And then, every human factor's group consistency analysis result in a mining accident is obtained by weighting aggregation to improve the objectivity of the human factor analysis results. Furthermore, an example is used to verify the effectiveness of the proposed method.
