大倾角厚煤层综放支架侧护板载荷监测分析

    Monitoring Analysis of Side Guard Plate Load of Fully Mechanized Caving Support in Large Dip Angle Thick Coal Seam

    • 摘要: 为评价东峡煤矿37220-2大倾角厚煤层综放工作面支架侧护板的适应性,通过对侧护板载荷进行现场监测,得到侧护板载荷特征。监测结果显示大倾角厚煤层综放开采时,大倾角综放支架的侧护板一般都受侧向力,支架侧护板载荷通常在5 MPa以下,但在侧向调架时瞬间压力较大,工作面来压期间侧护板载荷高达20~25 MPa。监测分析结果表明,支架侧向力取决于支架的失稳程度,支架失稳越严重则侧向力越大,反之亦然。大倾角煤层液压支架侧护板不是只起到密闭防止架间漏矸的作用,更重要的是起到调架和防止支架下滑和倾倒的作用。侧护板应称为“侧调护板”,调护并举,重在调架。综合监测结果和侧护板现场使用情况,37220-2工作面综放支架侧护板整体强度较高,采用φ100 mm大缸径侧护千斤顶基本能有效发挥调护作用。

       

      Abstract: To evaluate the adaptation of side guard plate at 37220-2 large dip angle thick coal seam fully mechanized caving face of Dongxia Coal Mine, by site observation, we got the side guard plate load characteristics. The monitoring results showed that the side guard plate is subjected to lateral force in generally, and side plate load is usually under 5 MPa, but when the lateral supports are adjusted, the pressure is higher instantaneously, and the load is up to 20 MPa to 25 MPa during periodic weighting. The monitoring analysis showed that the lateral force depends on the stability of support, there is larger lateral force when support is toppling or skidding and vice versa. The side plate of hydraulic support not only had an effect on preventing gangue leakage between adjacent hydraulic supports, but also more importantly adjusted support and prevented gliding and toppling in steeply dipping coal seam. Therefore, the side plate should be called "side adjusting plate", with the function of adjusting supports and preventing waste rocks, and more importantly play an important in adjusting supports. From the practical application and monitoring data of side plate, the overall strength of side plate is higher and the side plate using φ100 mm big cylinder bore side pushing jack can basically play role in adjusting support effectively in 37220-2 fully mechanized caving face.
