综放采场液压支架水平力及稳定性分析

    Analysis on Horizontal Force and Stability of Hydraulic Support at Fully Mechanized Sublevel Caving Face

    • 摘要: 针对综放采场液压支架水平力的来源、作用及其稳定性,结合神东布尔台煤矿42103放顶煤工作面矿压显现特征,采用现场实测与理论分析等方法对其进行了研究。结果表明:支架水平力包括主动水平力和被动水平力,二柱式放顶煤液压支架产生的主动水平力较四柱式支架大,支架水平力与其稳定性密切相关,并将二柱放顶煤液压支架水平力对端面管理的积极作用运用到布尔台煤矿42103工作面顶板管理中,收到理想效果。

       

      Abstract: The paper took the mine pressure monitoring of 42103 working face of Buertai Mine in Shendong Mining Area as the research background, and the sources, action and stability of hydraulic support horizontal force at fully mechanized sublevel caving face were analyzed by methods such as field measurement, theoretical analysis et al. The results show that the horizontal force of support includes active horizontal force and passive horizontal force. The active horizontal force of the two-leg support is larger than the four-leg support. The horizontal force of support was closely related to its stability. The positive effect of horizontal force of two-leg top coal caving support to end face was applied to roof management of 42103 working face of Buertai Mine, which got ideal control results.
