矿用自动控制风窗局部风阻数值模拟

    Numerical Simulation for Local Wind Resistance of Mine Automatic Control Wind Window

    • 摘要: 利用Fluent软件中的REGk-ε湍流模型对安装于王坡煤矿3205回采工作面回风联巷的矿用自动控制风窗的局部风阻进行了模拟计算,模拟结果表明,风窗局部风阻随风窗开启面积增大呈负幂函数形式减小,随风量增大呈负指数形式减小。根据数值模拟结果,分别从风量和风窗开启面积2个角度出发推导了风窗局部风阻计算公式。在井下实测了矿用自动风窗局部风阻,对比分析实测结果与公式计算结果,确定了风窗局部风阻最佳计算公式,最佳公式计算结果偏差小于8%。

       

      Abstract: REG k-ε turbulence model of Fluent software was used to carry out numerical simulation for local wind resistance of mine automatic control wind window which was installed in Wangpo Coal Mine ventilation-connection laneway 3205 coalface. The results of numerical simulation show that with the increasing of opening-area of wind window, the local wind resistance of wind window decreased in negative power function form, and with increasing of ventilation rate, it decreased in negative exponent form function form. According to the results, the calculation formula of the local wind resistance was obtained from opening-area of wind window and ventilation rate. The local wind resistance was measured and the best formula was determined. Compared with the measured results, the error of the results from the best formulas was less than 8 percent.
