大面积煤田火区热能的提取与转换方法

    Heat Extraction and Conversion Methods in Large Coalfield Fire Areas

    • 摘要: 针对传统的剥离、注水与注浆等煤田火区治理方法治理过程中火区蕴含的热能全部被废弃的缺陷,提出了将煤田火区的热能作为一种清洁能源进行提取利用来实现治理目的的“以用代治”煤火治理新思路。分析了不同热提取媒质(热媒)、热提取方法以及热电转换方式对煤田火区的适用性,提出了以低温气体作为主要热媒,采用多孔压入式导向性热提取方式对火区地下高温区采热,并配以有机朗肯循环系统进行发电的火区热能的提取与转化方法。并对现场应用前所需进一步解决的问题进行了探讨。

       

      Abstract: For the limitations of traditional fire-control techniques like stripping, water injection and grouting that a lot of heat is abandoned without utilization in the process of coal fire control, a new thought in controlling coal fire, which can be called "replacing coal fire control with heat utilization", is proposed in this article that the heat energy in coal fire areas should be exploited and utilized as a kind of clean energy to realize the control of coal fire. Heat transfer medium and heat extraction method, thermoelectric conversion method and their corresponding applicability are analyzed. Besides, the multi-hole press-style and oriented heat extraction method as well as heat conversion method are proposed, these methods use low-temperature gaseous medium as main heat transfer medium and adopt Organic Rankine Cycle system to complete thermoelectric conversion, based on which, the possible problems needed to be further resolved before implementation are analyzed.
