基于定向钻进技术的矿井底板奥灰水患治理

    Ordovician Limestone Water Control of Mine Floor Based on Directional Drilling Technology

    • 摘要: 奥灰水是桑树坪煤矿11#煤层开采过程中的主要灾害之一。提出了水平定向钻进技术探放11#煤层底板奥灰水的综合治理方案,并控制钻孔轨迹在目标层位按预先的设计方位延伸。实践证明,定向探放水孔可以精确探测11#煤层底板奥灰水富水性,为11#煤层的开采提供安全保障。

       

      Abstract: Ordovician limestone water is one of the main disasters in 11# seam mining of Sangshuping Coal Mine. The comprehensivecontrol scheme of using horizontal directional drilling technology to detect and release 11# coal seamOrdovician limestone water in floor is proposed, and the drilling trajectory is control to extend at target horizon in a pre-designed direction. Practice proves that directional water detection and water release hole can accurately detect the watery of Ordovician limestone water in 11# coal seam floor and provide safety for the mining.
