摘要: 在认真研究SOA、JavaEE等相关技术、规范的基础上，通过完成代码设计器、系统通用服务、系统接口等的设计，提出一套确保煤矿企业安全生产的信息化快速开发平台方案，并基于该平台设计了一套实用化的煤矿企业安全生产管理信息系统。该系统通过实现信息的采集和传送、信息的共享、信息的实时处理及统计分析等，满足用户对安全管理、安全生产运行监测、应急事故处理等需求。

Abstract: On the basis of researching SOA, JavaEE and other relative techniques and regulations, through the design of code designer, system general service, system interface and so on, we proposed an fast develop information platform which could ensure the safe production of the enterprises. We designed a practical safe production management information system for the coal enterprise based on this platform. The system, with the functions of data capture, data transfer, data sharing and data process and analysis, could meet the needs of safety management, safety production and operation monitor, emergency response of enterprise management.
