Abstract: In order to solve the problems such as moving difficult, low pressure, can not adjusting infinitely output flow, unstable flow rate and bad integration of drilling system, the BLY260 crawler mud pump truck is developed by integrating the accessory device of drilling system and auxiliary unit which enhances the work safety with the crawler platform that can move automatically. At the same time, innovation design of modeling is integrated into the overall planning of the product development. At the last, the test system and equipment is designed and the operating condition of the mud pump is simulated. The experimental results show that the performance of crawler mud pump truck is advanced and reliable and construction effect of underground drilling rig is good.
