深部高应力立井连接硐室群围岩稳定控制与支护技术

    Stability Control and Support Technique of Surrounding Rocks in Deep High Stress Connecting Chambers of Shaft

    • 摘要: 针对深部高应力立井连接硐室群围岩稳定控制和支护中出现的问题,通过硐室围岩调查取样并进行室内物理力学试验,基于Hoek-Brown强度准则选取了深立井硐室群围岩计算参数,利用GTS对硐室群开挖过程中围岩位移场和应力场分别进行了数值模拟分析,提出优化的支护设计方案。通过围岩表面收敛监测,确定了围岩滞后注浆的最佳时间,围岩变形和支护结构受力的实测验证了支护的可行性,满足了生产需要。

       

      Abstract: For the problems of surrounding rock stability and support control in high stress and deep vertical shaft connecting chambers, through surrounding rock sampling survey of chamber and indoor physical and mechanical tests, we select the surrounding rock chambers calculation parameters based on Hoek-Brown strength criterion by using GTS chamber to carry out surrounding rock displacement and stress field numerical simulation analysis during group excavation, and propose the optimization for chambers support plan. By surrounding rock surface convergence monitoring, we determine the best time lag grouting for surrounding rock, and surrounding rock deformation and support structures of the measured force verify the feasibility of support and meet the production needs.
