低渗透性煤层群邻近层瓦斯卸压抽采技术

    Gas Drainage Technology in Adjacent Low -permeability Coal Seam

    • 摘要: 在煤层群开采过程中,本煤层开采会使得工作面围岩应力重新分布,邻近煤层内赋存的吸附态瓦斯卸压解吸。同时岩层移动与破断在上覆煤岩层中形成采动裂隙,瓦斯大量涌入工作面。为了解决临近层瓦斯涌出造成的工作面瓦斯超限,通过研究上覆岩层破坏规律并结合工作面原有瓦斯抽放状况,对原有抽放钻孔参数进行优化,优化后钻孔瓦斯抽放浓度提高了21.2%,工作面风排瓦斯量降低了18.33%,安全性大大增加。

       

      Abstract: In the exploitation process of coal seam group, the exploitation of the mining seam will make stress redistribution in the rock of coal mining face and the adsorption state of adjacent coal seam gas discharge pressure and desorption. Meanwhile, cracks were formed along with the movement and breaking of rocks in the overlying, and a large amount of gas inflow into the working face. In order to avoid gas overrunning at working face, by researching the break laws of overlying rock, combined with situation of gas drainage, we optimized the original gas drainage system, and the gas concentration was increased by 21.2%, and the exhausting methane of face ventilation was reduced by 18.33% after the optimization, the safety is greatly increased.
