难抽采自燃煤层综放采空区综合防灭火技术

    Comprehensive Fire Prevention and Extinguishing Technology for Fully Mechanized Caving Goaf at Hard-to-extraction and Spontaneous Combustion Coal Seam

    • 摘要: 针对某矿难抽采煤层综放采空区遗煤自燃问题,通过分析现场自然发火特征与危险性,制定出5-2S-2综放工作面采空区遗煤自燃综合防治技术,并应用于生产现场。实践表明,实施以采空区注氮为主,降低供风量、加快工作面推进速度、埋管灌浆、砌筑隔离墙等措施为辅的综合防灭火技术,有效防治了采空区遗煤自燃,保障了工作面的安全回采。

       

      Abstract: For the problems about spontaneous combustion of residual coal in fully mechanized caving goaf at the hard-to-extract coal seam in a mine, the comprehensive prevention technology of spontaneous combustion in the goaf was formulated and applied to 5-2S-2 fully mechanized caving face through analyzing the characteristics and risk of spontaneous combustion in the field. The application shows that the spontaneous combustion of residual coal in the goaf was effectively controlled with comprehensive fire prevention and extinguishing technology, which is made up with nitrogen injection in goaf mainly and reducing ventilation volume, accelerating drawing speed of working face, pipe grouting, diaphragm wall,etc. And the safe mining of working face was ensured.
