“Y”型通风工作面邻近层卸压瓦斯高效抽采技术

    Efficient Drainage Technology of Released Gas from Adjacent Layer at Working Face of Y Ventilation

    • 摘要: 为了减少煤炭资源浪费和积极应对国家限制或地方煤矿监管部门禁止“U+L”型通风所带来的工作面瓦斯治理困局,针对兴无煤矿的近距离煤层群的特殊地况,在试验工作面的采空区开展高水充填沿空留巷项目,将工作面“U+L”型通风改为“Y”型通风,采用斜向穿层钻孔抽采邻近层卸压瓦斯。结果表明:试验采用斜向穿层钻孔方法使瓦斯抽采率提升了10%,达到47%;并且改为“Y”型通风后,采用该方法仍能解决瓦斯抽采的需要。

       

      Abstract: In order to reduce the waste of coal resources and actively respond gas management dilemma at working face caused by restrictions about "U + L" ventilation from national or local mine monitoring department, the high water filling gob-side entry technology was applied in goaf of experimental working face for special conditions of contiguous coal seam group in Xingwu Coal Mine, "U + L" ventilation of working face was converted to Y type ventilation, the released gas of adjacent layer was extracted by oblique borehole. The results indicated that drainage rate was increased 10% to 47% by oblique borehole, and the need of gas drainage could be satisfied by this method after Y ventilation.
