Abstract:
Aiming at the mechanical properties of brittle ductile transition of surrounding rock in deep mine roadway and the large deformation of soft rock in geological engineering, through the mechanical test, measurement check and other comprehensive research methods, the mechanism of high strength bolting-grouting support is preliminarily explored. Experimental studies show that high strength whole bolting-grouting support is achieved by the traditional end anchor to full anchor. The stiffness of the supporting system is 5.8 times, the shear strength is increased by 0.4 to 0.5 times and the surrounding rock stress state is improved, and the self-bearing capacity of surrounding rock is improved; Pingdingshan Coal Mine km buried deepth return air uphill test section used high-strength hollow grouting bolt, high strength hollow grouting anchor cable to carry out high strength anchor bolting,and convergence of two sides of roadway is 5 mm, and maximum deformation of roof is 600 mm. Compared to the original support, it significantly reduced the amount of surrounding rock deformation, and simple repair can realize stable and sustainable roadway.
