煤体电阻率随吸附/解吸瓦斯变化特性实验

    Experimental Study on Characteristics of Coal Resistioity with Gas Adsorption-desorption Process

    • 摘要: 通过利用高精度电阻测试实验装置,对煤样在连续吸附/解吸与等体积吸附/解吸条件下的电阻值变化规律分别进行测定,以研究吸附/解吸瓦斯对煤体电阻率的影响。研究结果表明:吸附/解吸瓦斯对煤体电阻率具有明显的影响,且煤样在连续吸附/解吸与等体积吸附/解吸条件下呈现出相同的规律,即:在吸附瓦斯过程中,煤体电阻率随着瓦斯吸附量先逐渐减小,后趋于平稳;而在瓦斯解吸过程中,煤体电阻率与煤中瓦斯含量呈线性关系。不同吸附方式下,对比同一瓦斯含量对应的电阻率,可以发现等体积吸附实验电阻率改变较连续吸附实验明显,且等体积解吸结束时,煤体电阻率距离原始值较远。

       

      Abstract: To study the gas adsorption-desorption effect on the resistivity of coal, resistivity value changing laws were determined by experiment of continuous adsorption-desorption and volumetric adsorption-desorption of coal samples by using high precision resistance test device. The results show that gas adsorption-desorption has obvious effect on the resistivity of coal, and the same rules were shown in the continuous adsorption - desorption and volumetric adsorption - desorption experiment of coal. In the process of gas adsorption, the resistivity of coal decreases gradually first and then tends to be stable with gas adsorption; in the desorption process of gas; the resistivity of coal is linear relationship with gas content. Different adsorption modes, comparing with the same gas content of the corresponding resistivity, it can be found that the resistivity of the equal volume adsorption experiment is obviously higher than that of the continuous adsorption experiment, and when the equal volume of desorption is over, the resistivity of coal is far from the original figure.
