受载煤样瓦斯解吸规律实验研究

    Experimental Study on Gas Desorption Laws of Loading Coal Sample

    • 摘要: 为了查明受载煤样瓦斯解吸规律,自行设计了受载煤岩恒压瓦斯吸附解吸实验装置,进行了不同轴压和瓦斯压力条件下柱状煤样瓦斯解吸实验,分析了轴压和瓦斯压力对瓦斯解吸的影响,并根据瓦斯解吸经验公式,对实验结果进行了拟合。研究结果表明:在相同轴压条件下,瓦斯压力越高,煤样瓦斯解吸量越大,解吸速率越快;在相同瓦斯压力下,轴压越高,煤样瓦斯解吸量越大,解吸速率越快;轴向受载煤样瓦斯解吸规律符合艾黎公式,式中m值能够表征煤体内部孔裂隙发育程度。随着轴压增加,微裂隙逐渐发育,m值逐渐减小。

       

      Abstract: In order to find out the gas desorption laws of loading coal, we designed loading coal and rock constant pressure gas adsorption desorption experiment device, carried out different axial pressure and gas pressure under the condition of columnar coal sample gas desorption experiments, analyzed the influence of axial pressure and gas pressure on the gas desorption, and according to the experience formula of gas desorption, the experimental results were fitted. The results of the study show that: in the same axial pressure conditions, the gas pressure is higher, coal gas desorption quantity is bigger, the desorption rate is faster; in the same gas pressure, axial pressure is higher, the gas desorption amount of coal samples is larger, the rate of desorption is the faster; the gas desorption law of coal sample in axial direction is in accordance with the formula of m, which can be used to characterize the degree of pore fissure's development in the coal body. With the increase of axial pressure, the micro fracture is gradually developed, and the m value is gradually reduced.
