基于多元逐步回归的煤尘润湿性研究

    Study of Coal Dust Wettability Based on Multiple Stepwise Regression Analysis

    • 摘要: 煤尘的润湿性是影响煤矿湿式除尘的关键因素,受到多种物理化学因素的影响,且各影响因素间存在多重共线性。鉴于多元逐步回归在克服多变量多重共线性的优良有效性,利用SPSS软件,采用多元逐步回归的方法研究了煤尘的工业分析、元素分析、表面含氧官能团含量等因素对煤尘润湿性的影响。研究结果表明,影响煤尘润湿性的主要因素是煤尘表面的酚羟基含量和煤尘中固定碳含量,最优回归方程为θ=35.042-10.780酚羟基+0.859Wad(FC),最优回归方程的复相关系数为0.943,拟合优度较高,回归效果较好。

       

      Abstract: Coal dust wettability affected by various physical and chemical factors.Multiple stepwise regression are able to overcome the muti-collinearity of multi-variable,and can obtain the optimal regression equation,so multiple stepwise regression method are used to study the coal dust wettability affected by industry analysis,elemental analysis and surface oxygenic functional groups with SPSS software.The results show that the most important factor affecting the coal dust wettability is the phenolic hydroxyl content on the coal dust surface and carbon content in coal dust.The complex correlation coefficient for optimal regression equation is 0.943 and the optimal regression equation is θ=35.042-10.780(phenolic hydroxyl)+0.859 Wad(FC).
