煤矿职业危害模糊聚类评价方法与应用

    Fuzzy Clustering Evaluation Methods and Application for Coal Mine Occupational Hazard

    • 摘要: 为了使煤矿企业的职业卫生管理工作重点突出,目标明确,在分析煤矿井下不同地点产生的职业危害因素的基础上,基于模糊聚类分析方法,建立评价指标体系,并进行指标量化,经过一系列矩阵计算将煤矿产生职业危害因素的不同作业地点进行分类,得到了职业危害严重的作业地点。将此方法应用于某矿职业危害评价中,结果表明:某矿采煤工作面和掘进工作面的职业危害程度最严重,应时刻关注;采区变电所和配电硐室的职业危害程度较严重,应引起重视;其他地点的职业危害程度一般严重,不能忽视。

       

      Abstract: To make the occupational health management has an outstanding main point and specific aim, on the basis of analyzing occupational hazard factors of different sites in coal mine and fuzzy clustering analysis method, the evaluation index system was established and quantified; after a series of matrix calculation, different operating sites with occupational hazard factors were clustered, the similar relationship among different operating sites was got. After application, the result showed that the degree of occupational hazard of mining working face and driving working face was the most serious, which should be paid more attention; the degree of occupational hazard of working section sub-station and distribution cavern was relatively serious, which should be paid attention; the degree of occupational hazard of other working site was serious, which should not be ignored.
