Abstract: To solve the problems of inaccurate drilling positioning, low pore forming rate, poor quality of hole sealing, serious pipeline water existing in drilling and gas extraction, the fine management in drilling and gas extraction is carried out. The fine management system, technical standard system and examination management approach is established based on analyzing the necessity of the implement of fine management. The fine management mode of "drilling in designed position, arranging pipeline to the bottom, sealing hole, draining water in pipeline, enough negative pressure, detecting frequently, cleaning working place, complete information and un-transfinite orifice" is formed. Seven aspects such as the drilling depth, hole sealing length, drilling hole rate, extraction pressure, concentration of extraction, quantity of drainage, and extraction rate in drilling and gas extraction have breakthrough, which laid a solid foundation for developing "innovation-type" talent and realizing the scientific, institutionalized and standardized management. It has obtained the remarkable economic benefits and effectively resolved the problems of gas control.
