Abstract:
In order to solve the support problem of coal roadway with compound roof under high stress condition, in this paper, based on the actual engineering situation, the FLAC
3D numerical simulation software is used to contrast and analyze the displacement of surrounding rock and the additional stress field of bolt under different pre-tightening conditions. The study shows that high strength pre-tightening force can obviously control the displacement of surrounding rock, and the anchoring pressure zone between the anchor bolts is superimposed with each other to form a certain thickness of the pressure arch, and the bearing capacity of the surrounding rock is improved. Finally, the high strength pre-tightening support scheme is proposed and applied to the field, the monitoring result shows that the proposed scheme is reasonable and feasible.
